Join Our Family: Digital Operations & Community Manager at Digital Content Queen
At Digital Content Queen, we're not just a team, we're a family supporting brands that want meaningful, lasting growth. As we move into an exciting new chapter of expansion in 2026, we are searching for an exceptional Digital Operations & Community Manager to become the operational heartbeat of our agency.
If you believe in growing with care, love organization as much as connection, and want to be a true partner in building something special, we’d love to have you join us!
About This New Role
Are you the person who loves a color-coded calendar and a cleared inbox?
We are looking for a unique hybrid professional to join us as a Full-Time Contractor. This isn't just another admin role or social media gig. You will be the "Voice" of our brands online (Community Management) and the "Brain" of our business offline (Executive Operations).
You’ll act as the right hand to our CEO and the first point of contact for our premium clients in hospitality, healthcare, and professional services. You won't just be ticking boxes; you'll be helping us build a boutique agency that prioritizes quality, relationships, and excellence.
Your Key Responsibilities
We’ve designed this role to give you variety, ownership, and impact.
Part 1: The Voice (Community Management)
Approximately 10–12 hours per week
Daily Engagement: Monitor and respond to messages and comments across Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok for multiple brands, ensuring every customer feels heard and valued.
Brand Chameleon: Adapt your writing style to match each brand’s unique personality—from a fun, relaxed hotel to a professional medical practice.
Scheduling: Ensure content is scheduled accurately and on time using Metricool and Meta Business Suite.
Monitoring: Keep a pulse on our communities daily (Mon–Fri) with brief spot-checks on weekends to handle anything urgent.
Part 2: The Brain (Executive Operations)
Approximately 28–30 hours per week
CEO Support: Manage the CEO’s calendar, coordinate meetings, and triage emails so the business runs smoothly.
Client Concierge: Handle the "red carpet" experience for new clients—sending contracts, welcome packets, and scheduling kickoff calls.
Project Air Traffic Control: Manage our Trello boards to track deadlines and ensure the creative team has what they need to deliver.
Pipeline Management: Track proposals and leads to ensure no opportunity falls through the cracks.
What Makes You a Great Fit
Experience: You’ve successfully managed multiple social pages AND have experience in admin/operations (VA, Executive Assistant, or Project Coordinator).
Communication: Your written English is impeccable, and you know how to be professional yet warm.
Hyper-Organized: You love systems. You notice the typo everyone else missed. You create checklists for fun.
Tech Savvy: You’re comfortable with Meta Business Suite, Metricool, Trello, Google Workspace, and Zoom.
Proactive: You don’t wait to be told. You see a problem and fix it (or flag it with a solution).
